So, I started over on Neo again under the username jtaker.
I purposely did not purchase ANYTHING from the official neopian shops. The ONLY thing I did were my dailies, got the easy avatars, played very few games and hardly chatted on the HC. And Neopets froze my account for “using an auto buyer”.
I’ve informed them that I never once purchased a single item from an official Neopian Shop, and that I know for a fact I hadn’t used an auto buyer.
I received a response stating “your account was frozen for cheating”. I informed her it states specifically that I used an “auto buyer” and I asked her to look into it because I know for a fact, I never once bought a single item.
Still awaiting a response.
I will be getting a new computer or router soon and possibly moving and if I decide to try Neopets again, I will NOT be telling ANYONE who I am. I don’t care who you are. I won’t be dropping hints, I won’t respond to neomails about it, I will pretend I am a newbie. That seems like my only choice.

That’s it, I am DEFINITELY writing to them. Some way they can’t trace me, but so they know I’m not you. This has gone too far. There is someone on staff who is either corrupt or just doesn’t read reports properly.
And… I guess this is goodbye then. Good luck in your new identity.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have been a Neopets user for several years now, and have in general been delighted with the site and what it offers. I have found the Neopets Team’s moderators to be almost always fair and justified in their actions.
However, the recent action taken against an ex-Neofriend of mine would seem to suggest that your site moderators have become less than thorough in checking the reports sent to them.
Neopets’ Account Frozen page clearly states “You are welcome to make a new account and play by the rules of the site”. After being frozen on suspicion of using an autobuying program, the user formerly known as Joraxio did just that, creating the account Jtaker. Joraxio informs me that he did not purchase any items from the Neopian shops during the time this account was active. Yet this account, too, has been frozen for the same offence.
I am not meaning to imply that your moderators are behaving in such an immature manner as to hold a grudge against Joraxio, who has done his best to abide by the rules of the site. Rather, I am sure this is a mistake on their part, and if not, would like an explanation of how it’s possible to use an autobuyer without going into a single shop.
Please do whatever is necessary to ensure that such mistakes do not happen again.

So, how’s that? Did I leave anything out? Also, if I put the address on that’s the same as the one for my debit card, is it possible for them to trace me through Neopets Premium? If so, I might have it delivered to a friend.
I think you could still post on here about your neopets experience and just not post your name etc and the names of your pets. You’d still be able to post REs and things you see on the boards.
Just a thought.
It’s really stupid that they continue to do that to you.
LOL! YOu did a pretty bad job of hiding mate.
I have a letter personally signed by the head of Neopets.com legal department informing me that my account was frozen because I came up on a list of accounts suspected to have been scammed by an off-site cookie grabber, with the guys signature and on the Neopets letter head, yet still these poor excuses for moderators sent me an email saying that I ahd given out my account information in an attempt to cheat or to hack the web site, very interesting! I am taking legal action, have already filed with The Better Business Bureau, am filing with the Attorney General, as i do believe they freeze accounts so you will make another, they will have more accounts, and more new accoutns, so they get more sponsor money. I am creating a website named frozenandfurious.webs.com to try to organize all of the people being treated unfairly so Neopets stops ignoring how they treat their end users.
