It’s bullshit. I’ve filled out the form and sent an email to Heidi from my premium email. Hopefully this will get sorted out…
Update: I’ve gotten a response, though it’s one of the generated ones from Charlotte stating “We must use the evidence we have on file”. You know, it’s like they purposely refuse to show us the evidence they have. I replied, so I’ll wait a few days.
If I don’t get a response, I will file (yet another) BBB Complaint. Even though the first one did no good.

That’s stupid! Don’t expect them though to send you a real message back. Though you could send them the pictures of your restocks? Also people told me that since they get an auto response from them a lot to contact the BBB. I’ve heard some people have gotten back their accounts that way.
It’s stupid I got frozen for cheating, with a 7 yr old account! Whatever they don’t even look at anything, they said in the NT that if you contact them that a mod will look at your case, but I don’t believe that one bit.
I got the same auto-reply 2x after replying back to them.
