Frozen…..again

So, I started over on Neo again under the username jtaker.

I purposely did not purchase ANYTHING from the official neopian shops. The ONLY thing I did were my dailies, got the easy avatars, played very few games and hardly chatted on the HC. And Neopets froze my account for “using an auto buyer”.

I’ve informed them that I never once purchased a single item from an official Neopian Shop, and that I know for a fact I hadn’t used an auto buyer.

I received a response stating “your account was frozen for cheating”. I informed her it states specifically that I used an “auto buyer” and I asked her to look into it because I know for a fact, I never once bought a single item.

Still awaiting a response.

I will be getting a new computer or router soon and possibly moving and if I decide to try Neopets again, I will NOT be telling ANYONE who I am. I don’t care who you are. I won’t be dropping hints, I won’t respond to neomails about it, I will pretend I am a newbie. That seems like my only choice.

Being Ignored…

Neopets continues to ignore my attempts at contacting them and has yet to respond to a single Contact Us Form or Email.

Why am I not surprised?

So, I created a new account ‘illogix’ and ‘jarlyx’ and guess what, Neopets froze it for ab’ing today.

I hadn’t even WENT to a fucking shop, let alone BOUGHT anything. So how the fuck did I autobuy?

PROOF Neopets Freezing Me For Zilch

Here are copies of emails in regards to my frozen account. Neopets openly admits that they refuse to tell me what evidence they have which shows I used an auto buyer, they claim they cannot release such information. That’s an outright lie, because they’ve given it to me plenty of times in the past, as well as other users. I even had to go so far (for my fuzio account) as to file a BBB Complaint and complaints with the KY and CA State Attorney General for CC Fraud. (Because they refused to refund my Premium)

Watch, I’ll get a threatening letter from their Legal Dept like I did last time. -laughs- I’m sick of these fucking idiots.

Frozen…again!

Yup. I’ve been frozen, again. Neopets claims I was using an autobuyer. Yes, I just somehow have screenshots of every single restock I ever made. -eye roll-

It’s bullshit. I’ve filled out the form and sent an email to Heidi from my premium email. Hopefully this will get sorted out…

Update: I’ve gotten a response, though it’s one of the generated ones from Charlotte stating “We must use the evidence we have on file”. You know, it’s like they purposely refuse to show us the evidence they have. I replied, so I’ll wait a few days.

If I don’t get a response, I will file (yet another) BBB Complaint. Even though the first one did no good.

Some people amaze me…

You have got to be kidding me. Now, I understand some people don’t play for the full length of the age of their account. But within the time frame of 82 months, you would think they would have learned the basics of Neopets and how things work. *facepalm* -.-
